To make an Extra Cover claim, you'll need to lodge a claim form within 6 months of lodgement, or 30 days in the case of Express Courier International or Express Post International - Parcels items.
You may be asked to provide supporting information, a statutory declaration and proof of identity.

Shipping & policies
Please take note of our processing time. As all orders are made to order, it can take up to three weeks for an item to ship. Each item is packaged with care to ensure a safe trip to its new home.
We use standard Australia Post flat rate direct mail. The standard shipping option does not include tracking or insurance, so please be sure to purchase the additional add-ons if you require these options.
If you have chosen tracked shipping, we will send the tracking number to you via etsy conversation. This will let you know when the Australia post expects it to be delivered. For international shipping, this service does not provide tracking progress, it only let's you know place of dispatch and delivery. Providing a tracking number that gives tracking progress for international deliveries increases the costs significantly, the reason we do not offer this service. However If requested, it can be provided, at a cost to you-extra $8. If packages are overdue, and we are notified, we will put in a report with Australia Post to start an investigation and do our best to rectify the problem.
International shipping takes 3-10 BUSINESS days to deliver from Australia. Please note that, sometimes it takes longer than 10 days. We can't guarantee the delivery time.
Express shipping takes 2-4 BUSINESS days, also you will receive detailed tracking information.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

All items are made to order and must be paid in full before work will begin. Please let me know if you need your item within a specific timeframe and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Returns & exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include items that have been embroidered, personalised or customised in any way, unless there has been a misspelling or the item does not match your order. It is very important that you please check your spelling when you purchase your items to ensure you receive your item without any spelling mistakes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
