This yarn is stored at my pet-free/smoke-free shop in Point Pleasant, NJ. I have tried my best to represent the colors of the yarn accurately, but technology and light(I take all pictures in natural light) are subject to change and my photography skills are lacking.

Most orders will ship within 3 business days. Orders received during our hours of operation will ship next day, except for Saturday. I ship via USPS only and right now only domestically.
We accept all credit cards and Pay Pal and payment is expected at time of order. Cancellations and refunds are accepted. If the cancellation is requested after shipment of your order, we will refund your order once we have received it back from you. Return shipment is the buyers responsibility.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds on items that haven't shipped yet are done immediately and 100% I will accept returns if they are in the same condition as when they left my shop. There are no refunds on yarn that has been caked.
