Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Digital Downloads: We cannot refund any PDF pattern, evening attire/formal wear, or custom order purchases. However, we will otherwise gladly assist you as much as is possible with any questions you may have about your downloaded project or other item.

If you still want to return the item, contact us within 3 days from receipt of the item. We will refund your payment or issue store credit upon return of the item. The item must be returned within 14 days in the original condition in which it was shipped, and some items are subject to restocking fees at our discretion. If the insured item you purchased was damaged during shipping, we recommend these initial steps, per USPS guidelines:
• Photograph all sides of the damaged package before opening it; • Once you have photographed the outer packaging, open the package and photograph the damaged item in it’s packing, and then from all sides.
