The item itself is as pictured. The packaging was falling off of the broom when we received it though. It wasn't securely packed. It was also shipped over a week past the estimate with no explanation. Give yourself plenty of time to receive it.

The packaging it was sent in could have been more durable! When I received the package it was torn and some of the straw pieces were bent... The lady decorating my broom said she could fix it but that's just one more thing for a bride to stress over!!! I don't need that, but other than that it was good for what I needed it for!

Brooms, Baskets and Brides...Oh My! uses UPS and USPS services for shipping needs. USPS is my primary and preferred choice of shipping provider. Marayah's Creations can not be held responsible for shipping incidents and delays caused by the shipping agencies. Below are the estimated delivery times provided by USPS.
PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 DAYS) FIRST CLASS MAIL (2-5 DAYS) EXPRESS MAIL (NEXT DAY)
If payment arrangements are desired please convo me. Payment arrangements may be granted with orders of $140.00 and more.
Initial deposits have a grace period of 2 days wherein this time you can change your mind and request a full refund. After 2 days there will be no refunds on initial deposit.
You will be provided the dates of your next scheduled payment(s). If payment is not received within 2 days of your scheduled payment date your order is subject to cancellation. And any money paid is not refundable.
I am flexible and willing to discuss any issues you have with payment :)
Items shipped within California are subject to sales tax.

There are no refunds or exchanges but if there is an issue with an order once you receive it please contact me and we can discuss possible resolutions including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, etc.
