Fired to cone 10 (2350 F/1330 C) in a gas kiln. This temperature is at the top of the firing range for ceramics and makes the clay very strong and vitreous.

I usually ship items within two working days of receipt of payment. I will ship items worldwide using airmail, which usually takes approx 7 working days. If you would like additional insurance or tracking, please contact me and I will send you a quote. Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. I try to make packaging as lovely as possible, because a lovely parcel is a pleasure to open! However, I take extremely seriously the fact that all of my items are ceramic, and wrapping is first and foremost to protect the item. I want you to receive your item in one piece, and do my utmost to ensure that it does by wrapping my work well.
Very occasionally, items are delayed or lost in the post. This is something over which we can't control, and I ask that you please wait for one month after dispatch to allow time for the item to arrive. However, as previously stated, the vast majority of items arrive within seven working days of purchase :) Of those that are delayed, it is extremely rare for them not to arrive at all. If you feel your shipment is late, please check first with your local postal depot, neighbors and members of your household that may have taken delivery.
I ship using USPS International first class mail which can take 15-30 business days. The US postal service does not provide tracking or insurance on first class packages.
Please note that first class in NOT insured and I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you want to upgrade to priority mail please convo me before placing an order..
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or tariffs on international purchases.
If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or you refused to pay customs fees, I will refund the original purchase price, minus the original shipping charges, and only after I have received the package back in its original condition.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you love it! If you don't, please return it to me, undamaged, in the same packaging, within 30 days of receipt and I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value. Please note - Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The only items I cannot accept as a return are special orders that have been made specifically for you. If the item is damaged or faulty, you must let me know immediately and I will happily exchange it as soon as I receive your return. Please note, you must inform me of any breakage within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
