We package and ship all pieces with care using recycled packing materials when possible. We normally ship items out in 1-2 business days.
Please note that postal delays during peak times often occur. If you would like to be sure an item arrives on time, we suggest you purchase Priority Mail Express postage. If you are unsure if an item will arrive in time, please message us.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PLEASE NOTE: The pieces we sell are vintage/antique and may have wear or imperfections. We do our best to properly represent the pieces in photos and in descriptions. We love the items we sell, and expect and give honesty. If you have any questions about an item or policy, please message us prior to purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us within three days of your items delivery date. We do not accept returns after seven days.
RETURNS: If for some reason you are unhappy with your piece, please let us know as soon as you receive your item. We will issue a full refund (MINUS shipping cost) if you send your item back within seven days. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. We do not accept returns after seven days.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We love these pieces and do our best to package them with care. If the item you purchased has been damaged in transit, you need to contact us within three days of delivery and provide adequate pictures of damage. Pictures required for a refund include: damaged item, all packaging surrounding damaged item (including bubble wrap & tissue), photos of the shipping label, photos of the outside of the box, and photos of any damage to the box. You must retain any damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved. Refunds for objects that are damaged in transit are subject to approval from the post office. If approved refunds can take up to four weeks to process.
