Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Please keep in mind if you plan on going on vacation or are having it delivered to a third party that you have SEVEN DAYS after the tracking number shows it has been delivered to contact me with any problems you have with the piece.

If I ship you the wrong item, I'll cover the return postage and get you the correct piece.

If an item arrives damaged (for example: post office mishandling), I'll cover the return postage and do the repair myself. If it can't be repaired, you'll get a full refund.

Feel free to request extra photos, information, or anything else if I have been unclear in describing the item or if you simply wish to see what it looks like from more angles BEFORE you finalize your purchase to save both of us time and money!

Additional policies

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. They are one of a kind (OOAK). Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos if it is a customizable order. Your Computer/Mobile/etc monitor/screen may also have slight color variances compared to the actual item or even my screen. Colors may not be exact!

> If your purchase requires customization work, please allow two to three days for creation. If it is going to take longer (large orders, upcoming events, etc.), I will be sure to contact you and let you know.
> If your purchase is ENTIRELY custom (not created yet, completely new item), please refer to each individual item's time estimation for creation. Progress shots will be by request and/or posted on my Facebook page.
