I made this lovely frame for my Grandparents at Christmas...

'Grandparents Are People With Silver In Their Hair And Gold In Their Hearts' Picture Frame.

I have finished off the print with a silver button next to the word 'silver' and a gold button next to the word 'gold'.

The wording can be changed to suit. Please leave the wording required in the comments section at checkout or send me a message once ordered.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the post. 1st Class Delivery postage is not a guaranteed next day service. Royal Mail advise that delivery can take up to 15 days.

It is your, the customers, responsibilty to ensure that we hold the correct address for posting. If paying via paypal, please ensure that your address as per your Paypal acount is correct. We hold no responsibilty if you do not supply us with the correct postal address at the time of ordering.

We will only post to the address as per your Paypal account or address supplied during check-out. Your order may be refused and refunded if the name and address supplied at Paypal or check-out is different to the name and address requested for posting.


We ship overseas, to any location however full T&C's apply. Delivery partners are used once your order leaves the UK and delivery partners are responsible for updating tracking information. On occasion and dependent on location, we may not have access to tracking information once your parcel has left the United Kingdom.

Please note that your order may be delayed at customs and may be subject to a customs fee. International delivery is estimated between 5-7 working days after posting however once your parcel arrives to its overseas destination, it is the responsibility of the overseas delivery service to update the tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. We can only promise to dispatch within a certain time-frame.


When placing an order, It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure that you provide us with the correct wording and spelling for personalised items. Once your item has been made, it cannot be rectified without additional costs being incurred. We hold no responsibility if you do not provide us with accurate information.

Invoices are to be paid within 14 days, otherwise it will be cancelled. If you wish to re-order, you will be required to begin the ordering process again.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
You do not have the right to cancel if your goods are made to the customers specifications or are personalised. You may not cancel your order if we have commenced work on your order therefore we urge you to contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order and in any event, within 24 hours and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Non-personalised items are subject to a 14 day cooling off period and may be returned for a full refund within this time period.

Non-personalised items may be returned to us within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging to prevent damage in the post. Please contact us to discuss your return whereby we will provide the information required. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back. A Returns Form is available upon request.

You, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs both ways unless your item is faulty. For clarity, if you return an item because you have changed your mind, no longer have a need for the item, it is not what you expected or for any other reason other than it is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the postage costs.

If your item is faulty, your postage costs we will be refunded to you, in addition to the cost of your item.

Personalised items may not be returned.

Earrings may not be returned for health and safety reasons.

We urge you to return your item using a secure method of postage and obtain proof of posting with insurance. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive and you, the buyer, will be responsible for claiming for any loss via Royal Mail or the company you instruct to return your order to us.

We will not refund or exchange item owing to damage from improper use, general wear and tear or age.
