I try my best to ship out items as quickly as possible (within 3-5 business days or sooner after payment is processed).
Orders are sent through regular mail via Canada Post to keep shipping costs low. This means that your order will not include tracking, guaranteed delivery time or expedited shipping. PLEASE READ OVER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES OUTLINED BELOW, prior to ordering. If you would like to add tracking or to expedite your order, please select the type of shipping you want from the drop down menu when ordering, otherwise your order will be shipped through regular mail.
The following are estimated (not guaranteed) delivery times as advertised through Canada Post.
- Within Ontario – approximately 2-4 business days - Within Canada - approximately 4-8 business days - to the United States. - approximately 4-10 business days
Please remember that these are ESTIMATES. Most packages arrive within the estimated arrival time but in some cases they can take longer. Please allow enough time for delivery and possible postal delays if you require the item for a special occasion/date. I unfortunately have no control over delivery once the item has left my hands. If an item arrives beyond the estimated time and you would like a refund, refunds will be issued but not until the item has arrived and is shipped back to me. In very rare circumstances, items are lost in the mail in which case we can work together to find a solution.

CANCELLED ORDERS: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once I have begun to prepare and package your order, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. One you have received your shipping notification, orders cannot be cancelled.
