You will also need to provide full personalization exactly as you would like it to appear on the sticker. Printable space is limited so we may need to adjust font size to suit your design.
We ship by usps and shipping time can take up to 7 business days - if you need your invites sooner or prefer another shipping method please contact us prior to purchase.

PERSONALIZATION: Personalization details should be included in with your order - you can use the message to seller box on the checkout page to provide your personalization details or event details if ordering invitations. If no personalization details are provided, i will do my best to contact you - if I am not able to get a response, your items will be shipped out with our generic text: "thank you for coming" or "welcome to the shower!" whichever is applicable. If ordering invitations - if I am not able to get a response to the request for your event details, your order will be cancelled.
PROOFS: Invitations and custom designs will require you to approve a proof prior to printing and shipping. We do not provide proofs for our standard designs - as seen in our shop. you should expect your items to look like the display picture shown - with your own personalization.
IF A PROOF IS REQUIRED, YOU MUST REPLY TO THAT MESSAGE. No order can be send out without customer's prior approval. If you do not reply to the e-mail and ignore our requests to do so and this causes you to receive your order late we will not accept responsibility.
RUSHES: We understand that parties are sometimes difficult to plan and some circumstances make it difficult for our customers to allow enough time to order invitations or games. Please contact us prior to ordering if you know that you will need your order rushed. In most cases, we will be able to do so - but please contact us prior to purchase!
Payment is required as soon as you purchase the itmes. We glady accept PayPal and payments via direct checkout.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds - unless an error has been made on our part. Errors do occur at times and we will do our very best to rectify. If you have approved a proof and it is printed and shipped and then you notice misspelling, wrong dates etc. you will need to re-order your invitations. A discount may be given so contact us! If you do chose to cancel your order you may do so within 12 hours of placing it - you will receive a refund MINUS any fees that are charged for the order by Etsy and/or PayPal. No refunds will be given after the 12 hour window. Some exceptions may be made. If we do agree to process a refund for any of our products we do reserve the right to ask for you to ship the items back. The customer will be required to do so at their expense. We will process the refund as soon as we have received the items. We reserve the right to process or refuse a refund at our discretion. No refunds can be provided for specialty items - this includes custom orders and custom design requests. No refunds can be provided for orders for which production has begun. Once placed Rush Orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns: if an error has been made on our part and a return/refund is requested, we will provide a shipping label for you to use to return the items. the items MUST be returned to us in an UNUSED, NEW condition - with all parts/items included. if items are returned used, damaged or only partial return is send to us, your order will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
if a damage occurs during shipping, you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package - you must provide a picture as proof of the damage. Fragile packages are insured and we will need the photo proof in order to file a claim with the appropriate carrier. If no damage is reported within 24 hours of you receiving your package we will not be able to issue refunds/replacements for the damaged items.
Once authorized, all returns must be received by us within 7 business days. Once the 7 day window has passed an no return has been initiated by the customer (ie. items have not been delivered to usps for shipment, tracking info shows no activity etc.), your return will not be accepted and your items will be shipped back to you.
Shipping address: if it your responsibility to update your PayPal shipping address and your Etsy account shipping address. We can only ship to the address listed on your account.
BE GRACIOUS: if you request a custom listing please commit to buying it. Sellers do pay fee to set up the listing for you and all we ask is that you make a timely payment so that we can get the order out for you in plenty of time for your party. If you do ask me to set up a custom listing for you I will be more than happy to do so, the listing will remain active for you to purchase for up to five days, after which time I reserve a right to cancell it. if after five days you request the listing to be re-activated and you still want to purchase the itmes you have requtested a $0.20 fee will added to the originally quoted price in order to cover the addtional fees encurred. If you need more than five days to make a payment for your order please let me know and I will be more than happy to keep the listing active until you are able to make a payment.
All of our items are for personal use only - to be given away as gifts, party favors etc. . You may not purchase our items and resell as your own without our permission.
