− − − − − − − − − − − − − − − − PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS − − − − − − − − − − − − − − − − - All pages of the PDF are formatted to US Letter size. - In your printer options, set the print quality to "High" and print at 100% scale. - To print on A4 sized paper, simply change the paper size option to "A4" and print at 100% scale and do not select the "scale-to-fit” option.
