Logos must be submitted in print quality. We do everything we can on our end to ensure prints are clear and not fuzzy or grainy. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the best quality image file to work with. If you're not sure if your logo will work for the item(s) you'd like, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to test it for you!
A digital proof is a screenshot of your template, not a printed sample. You will have the option to request a proof when submitting your customization information. We are NOT responsible for any delays resulting from a slow approval time for proofs. If we do not receive a reply to a proof within 48 hours, we will assume we are ready to print and will proceed with the order.
We save your template design and image files for up to 1 year from your last order! This ensures that re-orders of the same product will be possible. We may have to change papers due to discontinuations at the paper mill. IF this happens, we will need you to select a new paper color.
