Ribbons are ready to ship within one business day of your order, Monday-Friday. I spend time with my family on the weekends so orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on the next business day.
I will ship to the address you have on file with Etsy and Paypal. If you have moved, please update your address prior to placing an order.
All packages ship by USPS First Class with Tracking until the weight requires that I ship Priority Mail or when you select an upgraded shipping method.
To check the tracking on your package at any time, please log into your Etsy account (or your Paypal account if you paid through their site). Tracking will be added to your order on the day of shipment.
International shipping & handling charges are estimates and overpayments will be refunded after the package has been weighed. International customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, VATs, or other fees charged by your country to receive your package. Please contact your local shipping office for specific information about fees prior to ordering. Customs forms will be marked as 'merchandise' and the amount you paid will be filled in accurately by Etsy. I will not mark as a gift or otherwise be dishonest in filling out official shipping forms.
I accept Paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards. E-checks will ship once they have cleared.

I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All ribbon is cut to order once your payment has cleared and returns are not accepted. If there is an error with your order or a flawed product, please contact me within seven (7) days of delivery to notify me of the problem.
Because most items ship the same or next day, cancellations are not accepted.
