Materials needed for this project:
• Size H/8 or 5.00mm Crochet Hook
• Size D/4 or 3.25mm Crochet Hook (for bat)
• Yarn Needle
• Stitch Marker
• Polyester Fiberfill
• Worsted Weight Yarn (I used Red Heart Super Saver Solids)
o Buff (or tan) for head and ears (1 skein)
o Black for eyes, nose, mouth, mask, arms, legs, and cape (1 skein)
o Grey Heather for body, arms, and legs (1 skein)
o Yellow for bat logo (on his costume) (1 skein)
• Black Fine Yarn (for bat logo) (1 skein)

Returns & exchanges
You are allowed 14 days to return your item for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your item. The customer will be responsible for the postage costs. The refund will be given as soon as Shimmeree Creations receives the item. After 14 days, returns cannot be made.
However, if your item arrives and there is damage to the item, be sure to send a message via Etsy conversation or email (including a photo of the damaged item) to the seller. As soon as the message is received, a full refund will be given.
Digital items are non-refundable.
If you are interested in placing a custom order, you can contact the seller via Etsy conversation or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a response within at least 24 hours.
Due to the cost of materials and packaging supplies, orders need to be paid up front before the item(s) is made. To pay for your order, a "personalized custom order" page will be made for you (through the main store page). You will receive the link through an email (or Etsy convo) where you will be led to this page and be able to pay for your item(s) upfront. As soon as the payment is received by the seller, then your order will be worked on.
If there is no further communication from the buyer in regards to the custom order within 48 hours, the custom order link will be removed from the shop and the seller will not go through with completing the order.
When your custom order is finished, you will receive an email (or Etsy convo message) to let you know that your order is completed and shipped.
***Due to the cost of materials as well as the extreme amount of effort placed into creating a pattern and creating the doll simultaneously, custom order requests for crochet patterns are no longer accepted.
