Applies to docking stations: As long as your dock is in the same condition as when you received it we can offer you a full refund or exchange it for another dock of your preference. If your dock has arrived damaged or if the cable does not work please let us know and we will replace it for you.
It applies to other subjects: However if you are not completely satisfied, then please contact me with any problems concerning your order. If a refund is deemed necessary then a refund will be issued as long as:
* The item is returned to me in the same condition as you received it. * The item is returned to me within 30 days of the shipment date. * No returns on clearance items. * All sales are final on customized items. * Customer pays for return shipping
I will credit your account once I have received your returned item. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method..
No unauthorised returns will be accepted.
A package will not be treated as lost until it has been at least 6 weeks from the date of shipment. International mail can be slow at times. If more than 6 weeks have passed and you have not received your item, I will initiate a search with my post office. Refunding will be handled on a case by case basis, after I have the results of the search from the post office.
