Shipments Within The USA: All of our products are shipped using FedEx Ground Home/Business Delivery, a physical street address is required for this. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days anywhere in the Continental USA.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made by USPS. We supply you with a tracking number so you can know where your shipment is at any point in time. Your order is also totally insured.
Shipments Outside The USA: We ship via USPS International Priority Mail, with insurance included

The Oregon Wood Worker® warrants all its products to perform as described in its product literature and to customer's satisfaction. Product may be returned, within 30 days from the date of shipment, prepaid shipping, to the The Oregon Wood Worker®. A full refund for the purchase price will be made to the customer if the product is returned without damage. It does not make sense to return products from international customers because of the high shipping costs. However, we warrant all our products and if there are any operating or assembly issues or questions or needs, we will work with Skype and or Facetime to work with our customers until their needs are met and the product is operating properly.
Damaged returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
