- Due to the reasonable shipping fee of regular mail there's no trace number I'm afraid. (Stickers only)
- All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is received.
- It depends on the country you're in but it generally takes 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. Up to 6-7 weeks it could take. It can take longer during holidays. So you should keep in mind that it takes a while.
- Due to a significant customs delay caused by increased volume during the holiday season, a shipment in this order may be delayed up to 1-2 weeks.
- Customers pay for any duty or taxes charged to them by their country.

- Your item will be shipped to your address on Etsy account so please verify your address and address spellings before placing an order. If you want your items sent to a different address, Please let me know. Also, in any case you put a wrong address and if the package has already been shipped out, the result of the shipment won't be refundable or exchangeable so please double check your address.
- Expedited shipping is available via EMS and it generally takes 4-7 business days for delivery to almost all countries. (additional cost)
- Please make sure to check your mailbox frequently after we checked your order as "shipped" in case of missing.
We only accept PayPal account for payment. Paypal is fast and very secure. Your personal information will be protected.
Returns & exchanges
- Contact us via etsy convo if there's any inconvenience with the item or shipping, We will do our best to fix the matter.
- CUSTOM ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED - Check the options twice before placing an order.
- For the item you want to exchange, the whole shipping costs to send it to us and to sent it back to you and any new shipping and handling cost on a product are on the buyer's responsiblity.
- After the item was shipped and once it's out of our hands, we won't be able to give you full refunds for any lost or stolen item cases. (when it's confirmed through tracking search that the item was safely delivered to the address that you provided, and the item was lost or stolen after that).
- If you need to return your purchase, Please contact us before you do.
- When refund is necessary, We can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping costs.
