There are different shipping prices determined by the item purchased. Details are available on the item page for you to see before you purchase the item. The amount includes process and handling.
I mail through the USPS and supply tracking information for most orders. Delivery time is determined by your proximity to FLORIDA, USA. Upgrades are available per your request BEFORE you purchase including insurance. If for some reason you do not receive the package and the tracking information states that the package was delivered, I am not responsible. If your package gets lost or is damaged in transit, that is the USPS's responsibility.

Your item will be mailed within 3 business days.
Returns & exchanges
If the item is broken, you may return it to me and I will send you another one or if I am out of stock, I will issue a refund. Sometimes the postal service is responsible for damage. In this case, I will not issue a refund.
If you receive the item and find that the item is the wrong size, because I list the size in all of the listings, I will not issue a refund.
Due to the fact that computer monitors display various shades of color, I cannot issue a refund if the item varies from the color on your screen.
