Even with the tracking added, please note that some countries do not track the packages unless it is an express mail. Please check with your post office if they track the packages from South Korea when there is a tracking number. South Korea Post Office provides the tracking only when the packages are in South Korea. Once they leave South Korea, it is not tracked by South Korea Post Office any longer.
* To some countries in South America including Chile and Colombia, we only ship via express mail (EMS). EMS is much more expensive than standard shipping. Please contact us if you are in South America before you place your order. If you place an order without contacting us, we will contact you with a price quote for EMS shipping.
* Tracking is not included in the shipping cost. It is available at extra cost. Please let us know if you want it.
* Tracking to the US is not supported under standard shipping. If you want a tracking, please contact us.
* We are not responsible for customs and clearance fees. Please contact custom's office in your country for information on custom and clearance fees.
* We will not declare the order as a gift or undervalue items. Please do not send this request.
* Please verify your address in Etsy order is correct. That is where we will ship your order to. We are not responsible for the packages lost or returned to us due to incorrect address.
* International delivery takes anywhere between 3 weeks and a few months after the shipment is made. Shorter to Asia and much longer to South America and some other countries. There may be unexpected delays as well. If you are under time constraint or in a rush, please contact us before or after you place your order.
* Expedited shipping is available as well at extra cost. Please let us know if you want it.
* There is no shipping on the weekend and holidays.

Returns & exchanges
* Order cancellation due to the change of mind should be done within 6 hours of placing an order. No cancellation is possible after that.
* Once you received your order, there is no cancellation or refund unless there is an obvious defect we didn't catch before shipping. If the fabric has a defect, we will give you a refund, re-send the fabric or give store credit depending on what you want.
* We try to describe the items as close to the actual product as possible but purchasing on the internet has its own risks. No exchange or refund is possible when you don't like what you ordered after receiving your order. Colors on each monitor may look different. No exchange or refund due to this reason.
* Packages are returned to us sometimes due to unknown address or because there was nobody at home. We are not responsible for re-sending these packages. No refund will be given either. Buyers will need to pay for re-shipping.
* Items are considered missing after 3 months after shipment is made. This is because there can be unexpected delays that are not in our control. When items do not arrive until 3 months have passed, we will either issue a full refund or re-send the item.
We don't hold fabrics unless they are paid for, with exception of custom/reserved listings, which must be paid for within 24 hours of listing. Otherwise, they will be removed.
