Machine Washable on gentle cycle with like colors, if desired. Lay flat to dry, as with all fine fibers. I wash each skein thoroughly after dyeing, but a small amount of color bleeding may occur during your first washing, so I recommend washing by hand the first time.
Every batch of my yarn is hand-painted in small batches. The quantities available on the each listing are accurate. Dyeing in small batches like this, allows for completely unique, beautiful color and texture for you to enjoy!
As each skein is individually hand-painted, some slight variations between skeins are to be expected. I do my very best to portray colors to perfection, but differences in monitors may alter color depiction slightly.

I will ship orders within two business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted. If you have purchased multiple items, and want them packaged together, please indicate this in shipping instructions. If you want your skein hank made into a ball, please indicate this in shipping instructions as well.
Orders are shipped via USPS. In most cases I will use Priority Mail within the United States. Priority Mail packages come with a confirmation code that can be passed along to you if you would like. To countries outside the United States, USPS First Class or Priority International will be used (this depends on size of shipment and cost). I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Unfortunately, sometimes the post office loses packages, and sometimes packages get stolen off the door step. I wish I could afford to replace these packages for you, but unfortunately, once the package is out of my hands, I have NO CONTROL over their handling.
International customers are responsible for any international customs fees or tariffs incurred in the transit of your order. Unfortunately, USPS does not offer tracking on international shipments.
Mammoth Woolworks currently accepts Etsy gift cards, Etsy Direct Checkout and Paypal as payment.
If you are not familiar with Paypal, it's as simple as paying with a credit or debit card at your corner store. You pay Paypal and Paypal pays me. I do not have access to your personal information at any time during the transaction.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns are accepted up to 2 weeks after sale, providing they are in complete, original, and sellable condition. If yarn is altered at all (e.g. wound into a ball, damaged, cut, etc.) a refund will not be granted. Please contact me to discuss your return prior to sending it back. Returns within 14 days of the sale date can be credited back to Paypal or granted shop credit (indicate which you prefer on the return), less postage. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs on returns.
Custom orders can be arranged by sending me an email or conversation. I will create a custom item listing once we have discussed your request. A full payment is expected when a custom item is ordered. Once completed, I'll send you a picture for your approval via email or conversation. I'll ship the item when I receive your approval. Once the item is shipped, it is not returnable.
