My main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. I test all badge reels to make sure they are in excellent condition, and provide pictures to depict each badge reel accurately.

If your Badge Beauties happens to arrive damaged, I must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of the package.

Due to the customization of my items I do not accept returns or exchanges.
