All our products are sent with a TRACKING NUMBER which is sent to you when we ship the parcel in order to track it. Also this means that you will receive a note from your local post office to go to receive your parcel.
We ship internationally. We recommend our clients of non -European countries to use the Faster Delivery option.

This means that you will receive a note from your local post office to go to receive your parcel.
When we ship your parcel you will receive a convo with your tracking number.
We ship your parcels one or twice a week (Tuesday and may Friday too). If you need your item faster please contact us by convo before purchasing to make special arrangements.
We pack your items very carefully but cannot held responsible for looses by shipment companies
NOTE: International deliveries are beyond our control once we mail them at the post office.. we cannot affect the customs process in your country nor control any unexpected delays due to weather, etc.. .

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
We accept returns within 3 days of receipt of the item and will refund the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. A refund will not be issued if there are damages. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items not received if you provide an incorrect address.
If you can't go to receive your parcel from your local post office (without to inform us before we send the parcel), we will not issue a refund.
If you receive an opened parcel (your orders are missing), please contact your local post office to advice you how to proceed.
We are not responsible for the delivery of the parcel as we provide you a tracking number and refunds will not be issued.
