I make it a point to send out a proof of what the embroidery will look like before starting on the actual project. Please review these proofs for aesthetics as well as spelling. Once I receive your OK to the proof, I will start the embroidery process with the same file that created this proof. If you then find any spelling mistakes on your final item, I will consider this your mistake, since those would have also shown up on the proof you accepted. Therefore I will not accept returns in this case. If the mistake is mine: I will send a replacement and/or refund for your purchase as soon as possible, up to my discretion.
