Item details

The Betsy Ross House counted cross stitch chart has a full color picture, the DMC colors listed to stitch the design, the finished sizes and the history of Betsy and her house.

Betsy Ross lived in this house at 239 Arch Street in Philadelphia, Pa. from 1773 to 1786 and is one of the most visited sites in historic Philadelphia.

The house is constructed of red brick laid in the "Flemish Bond with glazed heads" pattern which is captured in this counted cross stitch pattern.

Betsy Ross is considered an important figure in American Folklore for stitching the first American flag for the Continental Congress--notice the flag has the thirteen stars and stripes pattern.

This is an American business and a woman owned business.

Finished Size of the design: 5" x 5 3/4" on 14 count.
