All packages are insured for the value of the items being shipped.

First Class and International First Class Shipping for outside the US.

For First class International shipping to countries outside of the USA, there is usually a 2 week minimum before you receive your package as packages must clear customs in your country. Be sure to check with your post office regularly if you are internationally based and expecting a package.
We do our best to rectify shipping problems within the US.

For International shipping from the U.S, We suggest your order be shipped with USPS Priority with insurance and you will be charged accordingly. Let us know if you would like this extra security as this will guarantee a tracking number for your package.

***If there is an issue with your order upon time of receipt, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may resolve it quickly. Please contact us about issues before leaving Feedback. :)

***Pinktastik is not responsible for lost or missing packages at the fault of the USPS.

S&H fees cover the cost of postage and packaging and insurance. For special shipping arrangements, contact us before making your payment. We will adjust your order to reflect any changes.

Extraordinary care is given when wrapping and packaging your button(s). In the event that your order arrives damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the USPS.

If your package is returned to us due to a bad address or if you have recently moved, we will attempt to resend to your provided address, but you will be responsible for any shipping and/or administrative costs.


Payments

We accept paypal and all Major Credit Cards.
We ask that payments be made IMMEDIATELY. If payment hasn't been made within 48 hours of purchase items will be re-listed.

***Once your order and payment is received, PROCESSING COMMENCES WITHIN THAT HOUR. Within the hour after your order has been placed and processed, production will commence and no changes may be made after completion of production.

*** CREDIT & DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS ***
You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. You can select the Paypal option when you checkout. After you submit your order, click the ‘pay now’ button, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

For Christmas gift purchases, we suggest purchasing by Dec 1st to guarantee delivery in time for the holiday as our schedule fills up rather quickly.


Returns & exchanges

Additional return information
No Refunds. Once an item is purchased, the sale is FINAL.
We do not accept unauthorized returns. If a parcel is refused without any good reason such as an error on our part - we will NOT issue a refund. Time and money is invested in preparing your items. They are all customized and made specifically for you once you order. Changing your mind once you receive them is absolutely not a valid reason for refusal and again, we issue NO REFUNDS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING.

Partial Refunds are determined on a case by case basis if Pinktastik has made an error causing your parcel to arrive AFTER your needed date. This is the only exception to refunds.
If a refund on your item has been determined owed to the customer, shipping and handling costs are not refunded as we have administrative, packaging and handling fees that are already spent and accounted for therefore deeming those fees as non refundable.

In order to be considered for a partial refund, a detailed description of the defective product or error must be sent in writing and accompanied with photos and or videos of this said defect. Upon review, we will determine the nature of refund that your case qualifies for within reason.

If you order a customized product that was specifically designed for you, that was not proven defective, refunds are absolutely not granted. Please comprehend this prior to making a custom order as we will be unable to resell this product.

If you have an issue with a defective product, we are happy to remake your order and resend at no cost to you.

If your package is returned to us as a refusal without our mutual agreement or our consent, a refund will not be granted.


Refunds on an item purchased after Pinktastik has created or recreated a design will not be granted. This is non- negotiable. If we have worked on a design, invested time and resources to create your design and you decide to cancel your order, we will tally up the time spent making your design and deduct that cost from the dollar amount due back to you.

Additional policies

Many of our button designs/listings come with a choice of color or design. Please specify which color or design you want when you place your order.

*** Please check your convos after purchasing a custom design. We will need you to approve designs promptly. If we do not receive a response by the listed ship date, they will ship out automatically (without your design approval) to avoid delays.

*** If a color/design is not specified we will surprise you with one :)

*** Please note that colors of the designs are shown differently on all computer screens i.e the color of the actual buttons may be a bit different too.

*** Custom orders include typically require a 5-7 day production period from when payment is posted.

*** Processing times on all items are 5-7 days before they are shipped. Please read this policy and understand clearly prior to placing an order and expecting it to arrive to you within 5 days.
