Shipping: Shipping estimates will vary depending on the shipping method selected, and are not included in the manufacturing turnaround times posted above. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it was not put in transit until the following business day.
Overseas shipping options and rates: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Rose Invitations is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Domestic Shipping Services: Rose Invitations offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, Premium and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our Premium Shipping, and 4-7 business days for Standard. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.
Special cases: • If you request shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO location, please choose the Standard shipping option • If you request shipping to US territories, please be sure to choose the US Territory as the country and NOT the United States A variety of carriers deliver your orders, but we are proud to use the United States Postal Service and UPS for most of our domestic shipments.
Please note: International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Rose Invitations’s control. If you choose "Standard Shipping" USPS Airmail (5-12 days), you will NOT be able to track your order. By choosing USPS Airmail shipping, your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Rose Invitations will be able to see the shipping status of your order. If the ability to track the pack in transit is important to you, please consider selecting the Express Shipping option which uses a different carrier. With this option, tracking will be available for the entire transit process.

I want you to love your creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt* * Some products are subject to special return restrictions. See below for details.
Return Policy - Product Restrictions The following products are subject to special return restrictions. • Stamps and Stickers: In the case of Rose Invitations Custom Stamps and Stickers, only complete sheets can be returned. Incomplete sheets will not be accepted.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
Who covers the return shipping cost? Rose Invitations will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Rose Invitations reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Rose Invitations support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Rose Invitations.
Important Shipping Terms Defined Large Orders: Quantities of 50 or more pieces of any given product are considered "High Volume Orders" and may add 2-3 additional business days to the timeframes listed above. Business Days: Couriers (UPS, FedEx & the US Postal Service) all consider "business days" to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment. First Day in Transit: Couriers (UPS, FedEx & the US Postal Service) all consider the official "first day in transit" to be the business day following the pickup of the package.
Inactive or Invalid Tracking Number? Tracking numbers do not become active on couriers' websites until after the delivery driver picks up and scans the package. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not be made available in their online tracking systems until the packages have reached the main sorting facility (generally after 8:00PM PST on the day of pickup). If your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping cutoff times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day. UPS, FedEx & the United States Postal Service all consider business days to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions.
