All our items are in stock, and with the exception of custom orders, we ship within 24 hours on a business day. In most cases even the same day. We use USPS and usually, all our shipments are received in 3 business days in the United States.
Returns & exchanges
We only accept returns if the item is damaged or the description does not match what is listed. For that we will replace it or refund your full payment. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM CAREFULLY!
If you feel you have made an incorrect purchase we will accept the return, but you will lose 30% of your payment which will cover shipping, handling and fees that we cannot recoup. Plus shipping back the item will be at your expense.
RETURNS: 100% Customer Satisfaction is my goal! If you are not completely satisfied with any item, I will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase, plus the amount of your original shipping fee. (Return shipping is not reimbursable.) The following conditions apply to all returns: 1) Returned item must arrive back in the same condition in which it originally shipped out, with item and packaging intact, unaltered and undamaged. 2) Returned item must arrive back within 10 days of delivery, based on original USPS Delivery Confirmation date. International returns must be received back within 30 days of shipment postmark date. 3) For custom orders, full reimbursement may not be available, or may be by store credit only. This will depend primarily on the nature of customization and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please convo regarding return of customized pieces.
