We will dispatch orders within 24hrs on working days. Usually via 2nd / 1st class post or recorded depending on order value, sometimes we use a courier service. We always obtain receipts of postage. If we are printing inserts for you, the dispatch time will be longer.
Please pay quickly, if you need to cancel an order we are happy to do this as long as the item has not been dispatched already

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Items can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price, return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will refund return shipping costs. We do ask that customers take pictures of any damaged items and email them to us.
