The photo you see is of one of these vinyls that has actually been on my Advertisement boards for almost 5 years. Notice no yellowing or cracking.
While Most rockers are aware of the significance of the four symbols represented in the Vinyl sticker I am offering, I'm sure there are some people that have no idea. There are 4 symbols associated with the members of Led Zeppelin, which I have had cut into a vinyl sticker measuring 2 inches high, by 10 inches long.
I have sold them in the past, and personally have had one on my truck for over 5 years, through many washes and storms and days in the hot Florida sun, and it is still looking like the day I put it on! Below you can find a brief explanation of what each of the band members symbol represents.
For the fourth Zeppelin album the band decided to see if their album would sell, based on the quality of the music inside alone, and nowhere on the outside of the jacket were the name of the band, or its members to be found. Instead they each chose a symbol that would represent them on the album.
Jimmy Page's ZOSO logo is not easily described, nor does anyone have a true definition for it. Some say it is astrological, some say demonic, a stylized 666, while claiming that it was Jimmy's so called "Deal with the devil" that Shot the band to the heights it reached!
Jonesy picked his from the book of signs, the same book that Bonzo chose his symbol from. It is a single circle intersecting three vesica Pisces(a triquetra). It is intended to symbolize a person who possesses both confidence and competence. And confident he surely was, content to stay in the background, and not often being found at the hijinks the rest of the boys in the band were finding themselves in, always ready to plug in and get down!
Bonzo Chose from the book of signs, along with Jones. The three interlocking (Borromean) Rings represents the triad of mother, father and child, but also happens -- inverted -- to be the logo for Ballentine beer. , being a true family man at heart, Bonzo would sometimes let the beast out while the band was touring, helping to gain the bands penchant for excess in all things! When he passed in 1980, the band felt that he would be so musically unmatched that they showed him the greatest respect they could, They could not go forward any longer as Led Zeppelin.
Plant chose the feather of Ma'at, the Egyptian goddess of justice and fairness, it is the symbol of a writer, and in the past Plant has said it dates back to the ancient Mu civilization
