Returns & exchanges
-I "thank you" in advance for the courtesy to please contact me first before leaving any negative feedback/comments here or on social media, giving me opportunity to rectify the cause of the complaint. Prismatic Saturation seeks to make every customer happy.
-If Prismatic Saturation cannot make you happy, Prismatic Saturation will gladly refund your money. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item. Prismatic Saturation must be notified within one week past delivery if you wish to receive a refund. - Please understand the nature of handmade items. They are made one at a time with much care. They are not manufactured.
-No two items will ever be exactly the same, which makes your item unique. Because of the way dyes interact differently with each other, unique colors can emerge in the dyeing process which can be unexpected but beautiful.
-If a custom order is made, a deposit is required to commence work on a project and final payment is made and received prior to shipping. No refunds or returns on custom orders. The nature of each custom order varies project by project, thus I ask you to allow plenty of time for your order. I request 3-7 weeks ahead of delivery, depending on the project.
-Color variances may also occur due to each personal computer or smartphone.
