Item details

Cross stitch patterns inspired by beautiful, dramatic forms in nature.

This pattern includes both the octopus and the squid. You can work them together as one image, or separately if desired. These would make a great set of pillows, hand towels, or other decor items.

Using 14 count Aida cloth, finished design size of the whole pattern will be 36.5 x 17.5 inches (92 x 44.5 cm). Feel free to use your preference of cloth type, though note the finished size might change. I particularly love using colored cloth to add impact.

Note: this is a LARGE chart, with lots of detail. It won’t be a fast project to finish, but the results will be amazing!

• Uses 19 DMC colors. Stitch count is 511 x 246.
• Uses full cross stitches only

Two PDFs are included: one full-color and one black & white.

The full-color PDF contains:
• Cover Page with image of finished product
• Chart (Color Blocks with Symbols)
• Symbol Key
• Stitch Count per Color
• Thread Usage Estimates

The black & white PDF contains:
• Chart (Symbols)
• Symbol Key
• Stitch Count Per Color

Although we decided to split the pattern and make two instead of one large. Very intricate.
