I make every effort to ship items within the stated time, most times sooner. I will notify you if an item will not ship within the stated time for unexpected reasons. Communication is a very important part of my business practices.
Let me know if you would like the item shipped to another address as a gift and if you want your item gift wrapped and/or a gift card enclosed (gift wrapping and gift cards are FREE!) otherwise items will be shipped to the address given on your receipt.

IF YOU CHOOSE THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE DOES WITH YOUR PACKAGE. WE USE THE US POSTAL SYSTEM AND ARE AT THEIR MERCY. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN TRACKING IT AS MUCH AS THE POSTAL SYSTEM ALLOWS, BUT WILL NOT REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES. WE RECOMMEND SHIPPING PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL TO AVOID THIS HASSLE!

In the rare occurrence of possible mail theft I suggest following these steps:
1. Check with family, neighbors, and your mail carrier
2. File a police report with your local police department
3. Report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service

If an item is damaged in-transit, similar reports will need to be filed for insurance purposes. Please contact me with a photo and description of the damage so that we can get the process started together.
