Each pack includes 2 folded sheets and 2 tags for writing your message. Sheets measure 500 x 700mm and are professionally printed onto 100% recycled premium quality paper that is 100gsm (heavier weight than most wrapping papers – makes peeking inside the paper much more difficult!)
All wrapping paper packs are bagged in cellophane and sent in board backed envelopes to protect them on their journey to you.
Posting days are Mondays (except UK bank holidays) and Thursdays. If you order by 2pm on these days your order will ship the same day, any orders placed after that time or on the other days will be shipped the next posting day. Please note orders ship from the UK. Within the UK your order should be with you within 3 working days regardless of when you order. All international orders will take approximately 10 working days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be granted in the case of an item arriving faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for information. If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect item, please take a photo of it and send it through via a Conversation. We will either refund you or send you out a replacement, depending on which your preference is. In case of exchanges for other products or sizes, the customer must pay return shipping.
