This personalised laser cut wooden tag is the perfect keepsake as well as being a mini gift tag for that special gift.

This wooden gift tag has little engraved stars as well as being able to have your own message engraved. Whether that be a Birthday message like the example or for another occasion. Just add the message that you would like to be in the notes for seller box.

Please do bare in mind the amount of text characters will be limited due to the size of the tag and the space available for the text.

Each personalised wooden tag will vary due to it being individually engraved and sanded by hand making these gift tags even more unique and one of a kind.

Each tag is laser cut from a 2.5mm lightweight Birch/Aspen wood and then personalised just for you.

The tag is finished off with a fine hessian style string.

Once your item has been paid for your item will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Your order will be posted via First Class Royal Mail post or Air Mail.

Wedding invitation orders in the UK will also be posted by Royal Mail special/recorded delivery.


Payments

I accept payment by Paypal and debit/credit card as well as Etsy Gift cards.

In certain circumstances I am happy to accept payment by cheque. (Your order will be posted after the payment has cleared).


Returns & exchanges

If you need to cancel your order at any time I will refund you your payment unless your item has already been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched I will need the item to be returned then a full refund will be given.

If you cancel a custom order unfortunately I can not give a refund, unless the work on your design hasn't started.

**A 50% non refundable deposit is required for our Wedding Invitation or custom service when the order is placed. The remaining 50% payment wiil be needed after the approval for printing or cutting is signed off.**

Custom service and Wedding Invitations.

If you are interested in a custom service please contact Sweet Pea Design by email including any design ideas you may have I can also send you samples and help to assist your needs. For a wedding order, you will receive an order form to complete after a non refundable 50% deposit has been taken. You must Include the details requested. Once you are happy for the items to go to print you will return the approval form to us along with the remaining 50% payment. Once your stationery has been printed and packaged it will be despatched to your chosen address.

Approve your final Proof.

This is the most important part of the process. The final proof is what will be printed or cut, if something is incorrect, missing or out of line this is how it will be printed so it is really important for you to check everything very carefully. Once you have given final approval, you will take full responsibility for the design and any errors. Any mistakes spotted after the final approval cannot be changed or refunded. We are required to charge for a reprint if needed. Take your time to review your proofs, all of our artwork is individually created so genuine mistakes can happen.

Here is a check list to help you review the proofs.

Are the inks the correct colours?
Are you happy with the overall layout and look of the design?
Are all the stationery items you ordered included in the final proof email?
Are the dates, names, addresses, telephone numbers all correct?
Please double check all spellings and punctuations.
