All purchases will be shipped within two business days after payment clears.
Items are shipped first class mail via USPS with tracking. Insurance is not included. I regret that I cannot be responsible for items lost during shipment. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, let me know and I will provide a quote on the revised shipping cost. Expedited shipping is also available at buyer cost.
International buyer is responsible for any additional costs associated with customs, etc.
All jewelry items are beautifully presented in an attractive gift box with bow....suitable for a gift to someone else or for yourself!
If you purchase an item as a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient, I will gladly include a personalized gift card with the message of your choice.

Returns & exchanges
I love making jewelry and take pride in my designs. Therefore, I make every effort to ensure quality workmanship, and I stand behind my products. If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for replacement or refund.
Returns must be in original packaging and shipped in a sturdy container with prepaid postage including tracking. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with a note stating the reason for the return.
A replacement product will be sent to you, or a refund will be issued for the purchase price less original shipping costs.
Custom orders require a 50% downpayment prior to starting production. If a specific delivery date is not set at time of purchase, please allow 3-4 weeks for completion of your order. Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of sale, custom orders are not returnable.
Sterling silver has a tendency to sometimes become slightly tarnished. Did you know that you can easily restore its original luster? Just put a tiny bit of toothpaste on a soft cloth and rub it on the silver, then wipe with a clean, soft cloth and it's good as new!
If you have pieces (from this shop or elsewhere) that have become damaged through normal wear and tear, I will be happy to provide a bid to repair or remake the items.
