When you order multiple yards, Etsy will charge you as though each yard was being shipped individually instead of in a single package. It’s just the way their software functions. The total shipping charge can end up looking pretty outrageous, but have no fear - we refund all shipping overcharges in full as soon as we receive your order.
Full bolts may be available. Orders of 10 yards or more of a single fabric can be shipped on the bolt. Convo us if you are interested in shipping on the bolt.
While our minimum cut is one yard, fractional yardage in quarter yard increments (e.g. 1-1/4 yards) may be purchased - just convo us for a custom listing.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Upon receipt of payment, your order will ship within 1-5 business days.
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship all orders. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Shipping time is generally 2-3 business days, but Priority Mail is not guaranteed, and packages may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.
Since our fabrics are out-of-print and therefore difficult if not impossible to replace, all orders are shipped with insurance, and orders over 4 yards are shipped with signature confirmation. We are extremely careful when packing your order, but if damage during shipping does occur, you can initiate a claim with the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. We will help you in any way we can, but we are no longer responsible for packages once the USPS receives them, and will not be able to replace lost or damaged items.
We combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. Etsy software may overcharge you for shipping when you order more than one yard of fabric, but we refund all shipping overcharges, no matter how small.
Orders over 24 yards will be shipped in two or more packages. Convo us if you have any questions about how your order will be shipped.
Please check that your shipping address is correct. If your Etsy shipping address and your PayPal shipping address are different from one another, we will automatically ship to your PayPal address unless you tell us otherwise.
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Convo us if you are interested in international shipping.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment through PayPal or you can pay directly through Etsy with a credit card, debit card, or Etsy Gift Card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. After you chose the PayPal option during checkout, just select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
Orders are not shipped until payment is received. Contact us if you are having a problem with the payment process.
New York residents pay 8.875% sales tax, which will be automatically added to your total.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible as we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been processed.
Returns & exchanges
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as your order is custom cut for you.
However, if the wrong fabric has been sent, that is our mistake and we will issue a full refund to you. So, if you have received the wrong fabric, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and your refund will be processed once we have received the wrong fabric back from you. It must be in original condition, unwashed and uncut, in order for your refund to be processed.
While we meticulously color correct our photos, all computers are different, and we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer is identical to the color of the actual fabric. If you are unsure of the color and are planning on purchasing a lot of yardage, we recommend ordering one yard first to confirm the color before purchasing the remainder of the yardage.

- - - - Can I order fabric in less than one yard cuts?
While our minimum cut is one yard, fractional yardage in quarter yard increments (e.g. 1-1/4 yards) may be purchased - just convo us for a custom listing. Once your custom listing is prepared, you will receive an email with a button to purchase the listing. Custom listings must be purchased within 48 hours or the fabric is returned to inventory and we can no longer guarantee availability.

Yes, we can. If you are buying 10 or more continuous yards of a single fabric, it can be shipped on the bolt. We love storing our fabrics on the bolt as it keeps them orderly and minimizes wrinkles. Convo us if you are interested in shipping on the bolt.
- - - - Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been processed. So if you need to make any changes to your order please contact us ASAP.
- - - - Do you give discounts for purchases of multiple yards?
No, we do not. At $8.00 a yard our fabrics are already discounted, as premium quilting weight cottons typically retail for over $10.00 a yard.
- - - - Do you sell fabric wholesale?
We occasionally sell fabric wholesale. Minimums will apply. Convo us if you are a wholesale buyer.
- - - - Are all of your fabrics really out-of-print?
Yes, they are. Each fabric is carefully vetted before it is listed. Occasionally we will list a fabric pattern that is still available, but the color we are selling has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
