This listing is for a set of 50 lovely gift tags with a hand pulled lino print on the front. I carved the design on a linoleum sheet, hand applied the ink and transferred the image onto the face of a tag. Each tag is made by hand and so some variation occurs. These are 2” x 1”.
These tags will be sent in a bubble mailer.
Because this item is made to order, it will be sent within a five days of the order being placed.
Please note that as a seller I am not responsible for any fees on delivery as they have to do with your specific country's laws and nothing to do with me. International buyers, please make yourself familiar with the importing taxes and rules of your country for all of your online shopping. :)

-Within Canada, it is generally 6-10 business days, with tracking**

I will include a more exact estimated transit time given to me by the post office when your order ships, although once the package has left my hands, I can’t guarantee how long it will take.
I send all of my framed paintings boxed and wrapped in paper and bubble wrap, and the smaller items in a bubble mailer if it is safe to do so. My unframed paintings are sent in a mailing tube. I send all of my linoprints and greeting cards in a rigid mailer between two sheets of cardboard to prevent bending.
All parcels are sent via Canada Post unless another method is requested.
If you require a tracking number or need faster shipping to meet a deadline, please message me so that I can adjust the shipping cost for you.
You can message me if you need an order sooner than that and I will let you know if it's possible and what any additional costs for a rush will be.
For large custom orders, I generally need about 2 weeks to complete them. If you need them faster than that plus a shipping time, message me to discuss how quickly it can be done and I can adjust the cost to include a rush price.
**Please be aware that any additional fees and charges upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer, as they have to do with the laws of your specific country and nothing to do with me. Please visit your country’s postal website to make yourself familiar with your country's laws so that there are no surprise fees on delivery!**
NOTE: If you have upgraded and have a tracking number for your order and are outside of Canada, please enter the tracking number into your country's post website, as Canada Post only provides tracking until the item leaves Canada.
Local drop-offs or pick-ups are welcome if you’re located in the GTA, just send me message to work something out.
*NOTE* My shipping costs are just an estimate based on the weight and size of that item, with a general location. If the cost to ship your item ends up being less than what I charge you by $1 CAD or more, I will refund you the difference.
If you would rather not have a possible refund, you can message me before purchasing for an exact shipping quote and I will adjust the price of the item for you. I would suggest this strongly, because I'd love to get it right the first time as much as you would love to not overpay!

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it unless your order has already been marked as dispatched, or past the date I informed you it would be started for a custom order.
For pre-arranged pick ups, you have the option of paying in cash. To use that option, select "other" at checkout, and I will mark your order as paid and delivered after you have it.
If you wish to return your order, you can message me with an explanation, return it within one week (7 days) of receiving it in the same quality of packaging it was received in, and I will do a replacement or a refund upon return, not including shipping costs.
If your order is damaged in transit, please send me photos of the damage within one week (7 days) of receiving it and provide your phone number so that I can open a case with the post office, and I will send a replacement or refund you immediately. Please do not throw out the item or packaging, incase the post office requests to see it.
Unless broken in transit or significantly not as discussed, custom orders are unfortunately non-refundable, as I cannot recoup my expenses and time on something made just for you. However, I'd be happy to try and work with you to fix whatever it is you don't like about your order.
