All items will be shipped within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment . We also always obtain proof of posting. For all orders, if you require your item by a certain date or quickly. Please contact us first before you make a purchase and we can discuss this with you.
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail - 1st class, which can be upgraded to Recorded Delivery for a fee .This service will take approx 1-2 days. There is an automatic insurance for up to £30. Please ask if you require additional insurance.
All International deliveries will be sent Royal Mail - Standard Air Mail. This service usually takes 3 - 7 days, but can take up to 3 weeks. Again has automatic insurance for up to £30, so please ask if you would like further insurance. Items can sometimes get held up in customs or with other agencies and this can cause delays for anything up to 6 weeks!! Royal Mail will not accept a claim until 4 weeks. Please bear this in mind when ordering from abroad.. we can not be held responsilble for such delays...it is beyond our control. International buyers are responsible for taxes, abiding by their country's import laws and fees. It is advisable for you to be aware of your countries fees and laws for buying from abroad before you purchase. We can not accept any responsilbiltiy for cutoms duty that you may be charged. for any queries please contact us first. For international delvieries, please consider for a tracked service, which does cost considerably more, but enables to keep an eye where your order is!
For the protection of both us and our buyers, we prefer paypal as a payment method. We are happy to accept personal cheques from UK buyers only. And in this instance, items will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.
For all orders, payment is due within 48 hours of transaction, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
Returns & exchanges
We have handmade all of our products with lots of care and attention so we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve any issues.
Refunds, returns or exchanges will only be made if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if it has been described incorrectly when for sale. It will be at the descretion of us to issue refunds for any other reason. The buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping.
All bespoke orders are unfortunately non-refundable.
