Please note that all felt balls we offer are handmade and we try to keep them uniform in size, however, slight size differences might be noted. We tried to convey colors as they are, yet again, please note slight differences might be noticed.

Shipping & policies
Items are shipped worldwide to your predefined address with priority mail. Depending on the prodct, we ship within 1-2 days for regular orders, and 1-5 days for custom orders, upon receipt of payment. Upon shipment, we will send you an email with a delivery tracking code and instructions how to track your package.
Please note that delivery time differs based on your destination and you will be asked to sign a postal paper upon receipt.

* Once we ship an item, the delivery responsibility lies in the hands of the international postal services, whom we trust to deliver accordingly. Majority of parcels will be delivered in time, but occasionally there are could br delays for some reason, which is postal services' responsibility and actions are beyond our control.
* In case of delays on the above these timeframes, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we don't issue refunds because of delivery delays.
* Please check if the postal services left you any notes or cards stating that they have tried to deliver your parcel while you were out. If you find one of these notes or cards, please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left, please contact your local postal services hub to check if they have any information for your package.
* In case you don't take your package from your local Post Offices, please note that it will be returned to Bulgaria. We will not refund the value of the items or the shipping amount of any packages that were not picked up from the Post Offices and were returned to us.
* If that situation occurs (where a buyer didn't retreive their package and it was sent to us) and the buyer wishes to receive their package, it is guaranteed we will ship to you again, but then you should cover again the new shipping fees. Please send us a message, so that we can create a custom listing for additional shipping fee for you. The buyer is responsible for secondary shipping costs in an event of such.
* Kindly note that taxes or customs fees are responsibility of the buyer.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or additional postal fees you may be charged upon idem arrival.

* Refund and/or replacement are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our products, we will give you a full refund, given that you return the package to us in its original condition. In such an event, please cancel the purchase (the order) within 7 days after the day you receive the item. Please contact us first before returning the package, because we could be able to help out.
* When sending a return package, postage and packaging costs are your responsibility.
* You should send us tracking details for the package.
* We will refund you upon receipt of the package.
* If you are in located the European Union and you cancel your entire order within 14 days after the day you received it.
* We will refund the shipping costs you paid as part of that order, if applicable and given that you cancelled your entire order.
* If you asked us to send the package via express shipping and paid for it, we will only refund the cost of the default standard delivery shipping costs. We will not refund any shippings costs (involved in the initial purchase transaction) if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
