Antique BRONZE Thumb Latch DOOR Handle SARGENT & Co.

Beautiful Bronze thumb latch door handle. Has raised design that looks like an oak leaf and acorns on the top and bottom plates. Stippled deisng on the handle and plates. Quality and elegance.

Unmarked (except for a ^ and an H) but I did buy this at an estate sale with other Sargent & Co. marked items - including a door lock set next up on Etsy. Thumb latch easily moves up and down. Bronze seems to have its original patina.

Sargent & Co. made quality door hardware and the company began in 1810. I think this handle is Arts and Crafts, but it might be Eastlake Victorian.

BRONZE IS DARKER THAN PHOTO - I lightened it so detail can be seen. Ask questions if I haven't included all the info yo want.

App. 10 1/2 x 2 2/3" at widest. Mounting holes for screws are app. 8" apart.

Shipped priority because of the weight,
