Yellow flower, corolla regular and elongated capsules, has four petals and contains eight curved stamens; it opens in the late afternoon in minutes. - In the form of capsules, this corresponds to about 2 capsules per day, taken before meals.
- In cure, evening primrose oil is recommended especially during the second half of the cycle for disorders associated with premenstrual syndrome.
- In cutaneous use, we can massage the face and body with 10 drops of evening primrose oil.
