I accept both New Zealand and international orders, which will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of payment, except in the unlikely event of an unavoidable delay. In this case I will let you know approximately how long before your item will be shipped. Orders within NZ will be posted using NZ Post Parcel Post service. International orders will be shipped using International Air Mail, which usually takes between 3 - 10 working days to be delivered. These items will be automatically insured to a value of up to $250, but they are not automatically tracked. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs duty, etc that may be incurred at the time of delivery. Your order will be shipped to the address provided on your order form, please make sure this is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect address information. I will take great care to package your order well, but I cannot be responsible for the order once it leaves my hands and is on its way to you, as unfortunately I have no control over what happens to it in the postal system. That said, I very rarely have had a problem with any parcels I send, and I have been posting my products all over the world for many years.
