Item details

This pattern is for a steak/bacon platter and kid sized plates for your little buckeroos. It will also include full sized patterns for the basic campfire. The third picture shows the basic idea to make this a simple item for even beginning sewists to create.

2. The second picture shows my terms of use, and the pattern even includes a sheet with premade tags, which you can copy onto paper or tagboard.

This pattern is upcycling friendly, and jeans are easily available at most thrift shops, or denim can be bought at a fabric store, if you don't have a source for upcycling. 1/4 of a yard of denim would make more than 1 playset. How many would depend on the width.

I am working on patterns for other accessories for the campfire, or your child you are making things to play cowboys. It should be ready later this year, depending on how busy I am sewing Campfire sets myself. :)

3! great deal! Once the first pattern sells, I'll be putting up supply kits for use with it. If you buy the first pattern, I will "gift" you with a deluxe kit, including most of what you will need to make a platter, campfire, and 4 plates. Of course, you may wish to make a set for a paleontologist (dinosaur digger), or a pirate. If so, send me a request in the buyers notes. If I can oblige with fabric that would help to convey the effect. But, if I don't have that kind of fabric, you may end up with western fabrics. Please remember that this is a bonus, only for the first buyer of the pattern.

4. The campfire in this pic is available for sale right now! Could ship right along with the pattern, if you don't care to make your own...

5. Pictures 4 and 5 Show a gift I'm working on for our granddaughter's brownie scout leaders and troup. So it isn't for sale, but this variation is something I thought of after printing up my patterns.

6. If you are a rug hooker, and wish to rughook campfire, I grant my permission subject to the same restrictions as those on the back side of the pattern. Will eventually add a pic of the campfire hooked. So many rugs, so little time!

The platter and plate could also be used to make mug mats for an adult, a cos-player, or gamer. They might even want a campfire! :)

Additional policies

Cowboy Campfire Coffee Break Play sets are designed with Toddlers or older kids in mind, (3 - 99) They are basically small quilts and are designed to be machine washable and or dry able. They should be examined after rewashing for loose threads, or torn seams. Supervision of use is recommended.

Hooked Rugs should NOT be put into a washing machine. If surface soiling occurs it should be blotted up immediately with a clean cloth. Most of my hooked items are for decorative purposes, to be hung or placed on a table.

Many of the items I create are NOT CHILD SAFE Materials will be in the listing or tags, and might actually be dangerous to a young or unsupervised child. The chicken wire wings on the Dragonfly makedo would not be appropriate as a gift or decoration for a child's room.

Items that contain parts such as rusty springs also pose possible dangers that should be obvious because of the part.
