Item details

This wooden rolling pin is covered with "Made by "your name". It is approximately 18" in length and 2-1/2" in diameter overall and the wood is Rubber wood.

These monogrammed rolling pins come in 2 styles. Please refer to picture #2 above as on style is a mirror image of the other.

Sometimes items get damaged during transit from the post office. If you are one of the few unlucky ones please send us a picture of the damaged and we will discuss a resolution and arrange a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge (Normally within a day or two)

Sometimes mistakes do happen, though luckily it's rare. If you do have a mistake on the product please contact us straight away. If the mistake is our fault we will of course send a new product right away free of charge. Just so you are aware, we do cut and paste on all orders we receive to eliminate any possibility of a mistake from retyping a name, date or message. If it's the customer fault due to accidently sending incorrect information then we will still try to work something out with you on rectifying the problem and sometimes at a lower rate for replacement (Dependent on product). NOTE: Please double check all personalization before submitting the order.

Before contacting us we recommend waiting 2 to 3 days after expected arrival date. We have found that sometimes the post office tracking is not 100% accurate. Also before contacting us, it's useful to call the shipper first as they know more than we do. If you have done this and received no satisfaction, call us and we will discuss available options and depending on the scenario, we will ship you out a new product with no hassle involved.

We will not accept returns on any product with personalization or customization as we can no longer sell those items. We sometimes accept returns on products that are not personalized or customized (Depending on product). Even with these policies in place, we will always try to work with you...

We only offer proofs upon request, please remember most orders do not need a proof due to them being the same as the picture but with your name on there instead of the original name. Please note: Even if proof is requested it is not guaranteed (Due to multiple factors one being a busy period for us)

Beer Cap Maps fit all standard size Beer Caps. We have done our best to create a hole shape and size that will fit all beer caps but there might be caps out there that will be too large or too small. But don't worry just yet, sometimes you can bend a cap to fit in place or use super glue if its to small or to big.

It depends on the product but we do aim to ship within 2 to 3 days, some items take longer to produce which may make shipping longer. Also shipping times depend on the amount of work we have at the time, so these are only estimates.

We do offer Gift Wrapping but please be aware gift wrap is not available on ammo cans/boxes until further notice. We would also like to mention that gift wrap comes in different forms depending on the product.

We can ship to P.O. boxes except in certain scenarios where the package is large and heavy then we will ship with Fedex and we cannot ship to a P.O. box with Fedex, we are sorry. If it must be a P.O. box for large heavy items then we will need to calculate the shipping charge to ship with USPS and charge the difference.
