Shipping is done on BUSINESS DAYS. Weekends (Friday evening to Sunday evening) are Family Time. If there are any variations to this policy, I will convo you to let you know.
All items are shipped First Class, with delivery confirmation.
If you are purchasing any personalized item(s), please see the turn around time listed in the Shipping & Policies tab. Shipping times vary just as the items themselves vary. Each item has the expected wait time before shipment takes place. Make sure you leave enough time for me to get it to you so you can get it to the recipient.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If something gets damaged during shipping, please convo me here on Etsy or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Damaged item(s) must be returned to me before a refund can be given.
