Returns & exchanges
In the unhappy event that something is damaged in transit, please do not hesitate to let me know. Insured items will have to be presented in the original packaging at the USPS and a claim form filled out by the buyer. As the seller, I will provide a copy of the shipping receipt.
Items that are not damaged but found to be unsatisfactory in some other manner can be returned within 10 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. It is requested that you use the same care in packaging the return as I have exercised in sending it.
The nature of vintage items is that imperfections are to be expected. I make every attempt to disclose those imperfections in the item description. Please review the information given carefully and ask pertinent questions if you have concerns. Additionally, the age of the items listed is a best guess. I attempt to research items on the internet and often can find information regarding manufacturers or the years of popular circulation on others. I do not proclaim myself an expert by any means. Occasionally, I will ask the experts and have the item appraised which will be noted in the description.
