If your items are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If the item is on backorder, The Bead Bazaar will advise you upon receipt of your order. Orders placed after noon (EST) on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Ground shipments should arrive within 10 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
The Bead Bazaar will accept items for store credit within 7 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition or they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Prior to returning any items, please contact us (inquiry@TheBeadBazaar .com) to request an RMA (return materials authorization) number. Once your return is processed, you will receive a The Bead Bazaar store credit via email.
Items that are not eligible for returns: Monograms, chain by the foot, cord by the yard, gold filled/sterling silver items sold in packs, engraved stamped blanks, engraved cuffs, finished products, displays, stamping tools and kits.
Items must be received by The Bead Bazaar within 7 days of issuance of RMA. The Bead Bazaar cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, digital photography, and other variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible.
