Just purchase this option and I'll send your package via Canada Post's Tracked Packet - six (6) business day delivery* and I'll send you the tracking number. Note this is for orders within North America (Canada and the USA).

*Please note that customs could hold your package up - unfortunately I have no control over that.

**Also please note that the ship date provided when dropped off at Canada Post and when you recieve your email confirmation stating "your item has been shipped' is the date I dropped it off at the depot. The package may not leave the depot for 24-48 hours after drop off. This is why tracking is very helpful and worth purchasing this shipping option.

BUYERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA: If your country is not listed for shipping, please contact me to provide you a shipping quote. Please note that I am not able to estimate for you what your country will charge you in import fees when you buy a piece from me. Any import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. are assessed by your government. These fees cannot be estimated nor collected by me, and are not included on your invoice from me. Please call your country's customs office if you would like an idea of fees that may be levied upon your purchase.

Marking as a gift in no way guarantees you avoid any potential charges. I'm sorry you had to pay fees. This is always completely out of the sellers hand, marking 'gift' does not assure avoiding any potential fees, especially as Customs officials are aware that many sellers/buyers mark 'gift' when it is not so they are now inspecting closer and will charge regardless.Customs may randomly select packages and sometimes charge fees, sometimes not.

Drop offs to Canada Post for shipping are twice a week, typically, but not always, Monday and Thursday. Note that Canada Post does not deliver on weekends. Please see information below for Rush Orders.

Please feel free to message me for combined shipping quote as the shipping costs listed may not always be accurate. I will refund the overage over $2.00 to your PAYPAL account after combining multiple orders.

**** If you have a rush order please contact PRIOR to payment for your shipping options. I will gladly combine shipping whenever possible to save you money. For each additional item, there is a modest increase to cover packing supplies or additional weight. As much as possible I try to reuse/recycle boxes and packaging materials. To help protect items most are shipped in gift boxes. Items will be shipped when payment is received, and items will usually ship within 72 hours unless it is a custom or made to order item in which case it could take up to 2 weeks to make prior to being shipped.
Please note that depending on the type of shipping, US orders according to Canada Post typically will be 9-14 business days regular mail. During the holidays or due to weather conditions it MAY take 3+ weeks depending on customs. Overseas during holidays (outside of Canada and the USA) orders MAY take 5-6 weeks in some cases (again, depending on customs and type of shipping.) All items carefully packed, and shipping costs reflect Postage and Handling (packing supplies, etc.). Insurance is optional and suggested (especially for more expensive items, as I cannot be held responsible for lost goods).

SPECIAL NOTE: If you want insurance and/ tracking, please contact me in advance so I can adjust the shipping costs accordingly. If you want Expresspost or priority shipping contact prior to payment so I can provide you an accurate quote and adjust your invoice.

UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES: I reserve the right to NOT ship to an unconfirmed Paypal address. I will not ship to an address other than what is listed for the account holder of the Paypal account who has paid for the purchase. If you have provided an incorrect address on your Paypal account I am NOT responsible if you do not receive your package.

IF you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay Direct Checkout with a credit card, contact me and I will set up that form of payment to show up so you can purchase. Etsy charges the seller extra fees for this service so it is preferred you pay via Paypal unless you wish to cover the extra fees involved.

I am currently not accepting money orders as they often present problems when cashing US or International money orders here in Canada. Transactions not paid within 3 days will be "cancelled" and the item will be re-listed in my shop. I don’t enclose a receipt with your order. Your Etsy Purchase Acknowledgement is your receipt.

Reserves; Within 24 hours item must be paid in full, or pay a $25.00 (non refundable) down payment with the remainder due within 7 days.

IMPORTATION DUTIES - there may be a further importation tax to pay upon shipment to you if you live outside of Canada - American customers, in particular. This will be based on the invoiced value of the object and will be levied at a percentage decided by your government and are your exclusive responsibility.

For US and International customers, remember there may be delays at customs. These are beyond our control and you should allow several days margin for your delivery date just in case this happens.

Returns & exchanges

All items are sold AS IS. Due to hygiene and fees involved I do not do returns. Items are handmade do not expect perfection.
Please also keep in mind that vintage, recycled and antique jewelry components, inevitably may show some signs of wear, and this is part of its overall charm. Vintage=used (unless labelled "new old stock". All listed items will be wearable and in good condition. All sales of items constructed using vintage or ‘re-purposed vintage items’, recycled materials, are final. The same goes for natural gemstones. Particularly with raw, natural gemstones please do not expect two to look exactly the same or be exactly the same size/shape. I describe each item to the best of my ability and provide close up photographs to help you make a decision. I am always available to provide additional information, photos so as to answer your questions.

Buyer's remorse or failure to read the description are not grounds for a refund. Note also that as stated throughout my shop information, I donate at least 10% from every sale to charity.

There is no refund or returns on orders if you chose the wrong size. You are responsible for providing me with the size you need and that is what I make. This applies as well to any ready to ship items. If you did not read the size correctly I am not at fault.

****There are no returns/refunds on any item unless proof of damage or unreceived package can be provided AND you've paid for the package to be insured. This is why paying the extra for tracking and insurance is highly recommended and should be arranged prior to payment.****

Custom orders are not refundable, nor are their down payments. When you order and pay the down payment I use the funds towards the purchase of the materials needed to make the item, therefore there is not refund.

Should your item arrive damaged or if your item is lost and you have not received your item within the expected period of time, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY so that I can notify the Post Office on our end. You must also contact your post office and inform them of the situation.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I will do everything possible, (within reasonable limits), to do so. Generally speaking however, uninsured items which are damaged or lost during shipping are not refundable. *Please note that if a refund is processed the shipping funds will not be reimbursed. As well refund would not include original shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee would be deducted (Paypal fees, listing fee).

(Item(s) must be returned prior to refund. Report of damage MUST be immediate! Refund requests (refunds for insured damaged items only) MUST be made within 30 days of purchase in order for a potential refund. If refund is provided note that shipping cost will not be refunded and nor 10% of original purchase. 10% of all sales is donated to charity.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale or refuse a sale in keeping with Etsy's policies. Excessive or disproportionate negative feedback, failure to provide a confirmed Paypal address, or lack of timely buyer response may result in a cancellation of sale.

Info on Oxidized Sterling Silver:
Oxidized sterling silver has been specially treated to naturally 'tarnish' the silver. The silver will naturally lighten with use over time, producing a lovely shiny luster, highlighting detail of raised areas while the deeper more hidden areas stay darker. The time on this will vary depending on how often the ring is worn, the wearers body chemistry and other factors. Rings can always be re-oxidized, unless you end up preferring contrast of the shiny and oxidized areas. This is something that I can do for customers and set up a special listing.

Choosing to have your silver oxidized or not: oxidizing the silver will change the color from it's shiny bright sterling appearance to either a gunmetal grey or almost black matte appearance. So either you prefer 'bright and shiny' or 'matte and darkened'. It's a chemical reaction so no two will be exactly alike in shade. If you prefer a dark almost black or more 'antique silver' (grey) in finish, let me know and I can do my best to attempt to get that shade (but I can not and will NOT guarantee).
