(please, don’t forget to change the country, when your item despatched from Latvia (!) – tag “Select country”) PLEASE NOTE: Some local postal services doesn’t provide on-line tracking for registered airmail. Such as: France, Italy, Germany, UK and Australia. You can track your package only while it’s in Latvia.
* Delivery takes approximately 5-10 days for destination in Europe, 10-20 days – US and Canada. It can take up to 30 days for Australia and New Zealand. Please note that delivery time may vary and I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by mail service.

PaymentI accept payment through Paypal. But you can pay without a Paypal account with your credit card. Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.

Returns & exchanges
Refunds and ExchangesI hope that you will be satisfied with the products purchased and will return to my shop again. However, if you have any doubts or questions about the product received, just return the item, or items to me in their original . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to me in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a complete refund of your purchase price. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Custom made orders are non-refundable. If it is determined that an error was made by Retroby SandrasMagic shipping cost and all other payments/fees will be refunded as well.
