We are offering a fabric kit from the Vintage Picnic collection by Bonnie and Camille for Moda United Notions. The fabrics are red, white, blue, green, pink and aqua, just to name a few. The finished size of the quilt is 70" x 70". You can make the quilt larger by adding additional borders. The pattern indicated that it is sweet and simple with no templates and no y-seams.

The kit contains the pattern, and all fabrics necessary to make the quilt top and binding. To complete the kit you need either 4.5 yards of 44/43" fabric or 2.25 yards of 108" wide backing and a 80" x 80" batting.

The fabrics are 100% cotton.

The kit has not been opened and is stored in a smoke free environment.

If you like the quilt, and are not a quilter, I can make it for you. I charge $12.50 per hour which does not include the fabric, batting, backing, and professional quilting.

Shipping can be reduced by removing the materials from the box and sending in a USPS flat rate box.

When applicable we will ship USPS priority mail. We try to meet all shipping deadlines; however, if the package leaves our shop on time and is delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances we can not be held responsible.

On large items, I may use recycled boxes which are clean and without odors to mail your items.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid and current address for shipping purposes. If the buyer fails to provide a valid and current address and the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be charged all shipping costs to resend the item. If the buyer chooses not to have the item resent, all monies will be refunded minus the initial shipping costs.

A tracking number will be obtained from the USPS and will be provided to the buyer. This is needed should the package get lost in the mail the post office can track its location. Also some items will require a signature for pick-up. Any additional USPS costs incurred as a result of requiring a signature will be incurred by the buyer.

Should an item be damaged in shipping the buyer must retain the box and all packaging materials, take pictures, and assist the seller in filing a claim with the USPS. Should the package arrive, and buyer claims it was empty, the buyer will keep all package materials and assist in the filing of a fraud investigation with the USPS.

All items will be insured at the buyers expense.

Any additional expenses incurred as a result of shipping internationally, such as customs taxes and fees, will be at buyers expense. Please note that the full amount of the sale is shown on all receipts and customs forms and the items will not be marked as gifts to avoid customs taxes and fees.

A follow-up email will be sent to insure that the buyer has received the package after seller receives notification from the USPS that it has been delivered.

Please note that shipping costs include all costs associated with the handling and shipping of your item.


Payment method is direct checkout with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ETSY gift cards.

Cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Our policy is to ship within one or two business days. If the item is cancelled after shipping, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned by the USPS unopened and in the same good condition as it left my residence. The package must be received by postal authorities to be returned to the seller within one business day.

If an item is lost in the mail a full refund will be issued after 30 days. This will allow the post office sufficient time to conduct a detailed inquiry as to the location of the package using their tracking information.

All applicable taxes and customs costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & exchanges

All items are sold as is. If there is a minor defect in the product, it will be noted, and the price may be adjusted.

Our policy is to not accept returned items for health reasons as we can not control the environment in which the quilts were received.

Should a non-quilt item needed to be returned, it must be returned in the same excellent condition in which it was received. Original and return postage is to be at the buyers expense. The item must be wrapped and protected in the same manner in which it was received. A refund will not be made until the item is returned and it is determined to be in excellent condition. It is strongly suggested that the returned item be insured and signature required for your protection. Once an item has been received a refund will be issued within 7 days.

Our work area and homes are smoke free; however, we do have dogs and cats.

Note that custom orders can not be canceled once they have commenced or are completed. No refunds are given on custom orders.

Custom orders are welcome, however, completion times will vary depending on the complexity if the item. An estimated date of completion will be provided at the time of the order. If you need an item by a certain date, we will do everything possible to make your suspense date. But, please allow us time to make the item for you.

We can not guarantee that the exact fabric will be used; however, comparable fabrics will be used. If you want us to choose the fabrics we will or you will be able to approve the comparable fabric prior to your items being made.

If you would like a custom quilt or other items, I charge $12.50 per hour over and above the cost of materials and professional quilting. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit. Please be aware that custom orders can not be canceled or refunded once they have commenced or are completed

In order to personalize items, we can add a label to quilts, wall hangings or table runners, Christmas stockings, or basically any items we sell. Normally personalized items will be charged based on the amount of information you want on the item. Minimum charge is $15.00.

If you wish to have us place an item in reserve or on hold for you we would be happy to do so, but please note that the hold is only for 24 hours. After 24 hours the item(s) will be returned to the store.
